What is your service area?
ELCO Restoration services the greater Grand Rapids, Michigan areas. If you have concerns about the serviceability of your area, don’t hesitate to contact us.
How does the Mold Inspection work? Is it Free?
Yes, the mold inspection is free! We will commence an onsite visit in which we evaluate the suspected areas of contamination and conduct any necessary moisture readings and mold sample testing. More complex inspections may require additional processes.
Do you only remediate, or do you restore?

ELCO Restoration will not only remediate, but will also restore your property. We don’t shy away from the messiness of a water leak or a mold infestation. We will face the situation head on and correctly remediate the affected areas. Once the home is safe and healthy, after again we will focus on restoring the home.

Mold Questions:

How long does an air test/sampling take?
An air sample test usually takes about 15 minutes total (including set up and take down). Samples of the contaminated area(s) are taken along with a sample of the outside air for comparison. We utilize a third party laboratory for our sample testing. Turn around time from submission is typically 2 business days.
What budgets do you work with?

We work with any and all budgets. We tailor make recommendations according to your budget along with your financial needs and desires.
